REQUIREMENTS
Degree
To be eligible for our doctoral program at LIV, you need to hold a Master of Science degree or an equivalent qualification (e.g. a Diploma). We welcome applicants with an academic background in biology, molecular life science, biochemistry, chemistry, physics, computer science, or related fields in the natural sciences. If you have a passion for virological research and a strong academic record in one of these areas, we encourage you to apply to our program and take your first step towards a rewarding career in virology.
Please note that only perspective applicants holding a degree from a University or Academic international centre recognized by German authorities are eligible to apply. This is the case for most European public and state universities.
If you apply from overseas, you can check here if your university and your degree program are recognized in Germany.
