Schröder-Huse, Dagmar
Administrative Director Science-supporting UnitsDagmar Schröder-Huse completed her Master's degree in Political Science, Communications and Law at the Georg-August University in Göttingen with periods abroad in Paris, France and Tomsk, Russia. Subsequently, she completed an international business and marketing postgraduate degree in New York.
After returning to Germany, she worked for five years as Managing Director of the German section of Transparency International in Berlin.
In early 2007, she moved to Berkeley, California, and established a social enterprise that provides training, employment and job placement for socially and educationally disadvantaged adults. She led the company as Executive Director until May 2011.
After returning to Germany, Dagmar Schröder-Huse headed the Department for Strategic International Partnerships at the University Hamburg for two and a half years.
In May 2014, she took on the role of Head of Administration and Technical Infrastructure at the Max Planck Institute for the Structure and Dynamics of Matter at the Hamburg-Bahrenfeld research campus.
In September 2023 Dagmar Schröder-Huse joined the LIV as Administrative Director and a member of the LIV Board of Directors.
