The 28th International Workshop of the KSHV Society comes to Hamburg. For more than a quarter of a century, the workshop has served as a platform for exchange and networking among researchers and clinicians from around the world, focusing on the latest developments in the study of oncogenic herpesviruses and their associated diseases.
Key topics include viral pathogenesis, latency and reactivation, gene expression and replication, host responses to infection, epidemiology, as well as advances in vaccine development, therapeutic approaches, and clinical and translational research. In addition to research on KSHV, findings on related viruses such as herpesvirus saimiri (HVS), murine herpesvirus-68 (MHV-68), and rhesus rhadinovirus (RRV) will also be presented.
