HPI again awarded for Equal Opportunities

On October 26, 2021, the HPI was again honored as one of 60 organizations from business, science, administration and associations in a digital award ceremony for its future-oriented, successful and sustainable personnel policy.
For the third time in a row, HPI receives the TOTAL E-QUALITY award.
"The HPI is committed to equal opportunities and to implementing and further developing the compatibility of family and career. A central issue remains the continuous increase of the proportion of women in scientific management positions. Equality work at the HPI is integrated into the institute's strategic development and is implemented through binding regulations such as the agreement on equal opportunities and the equality plan. The institute makes strategic use of its good local and supraregional networking with other scientific organizations. In recent years, the HPI has continued its established equal opportunity-related measures, and an expansion has taken place, for example, in the successful active recruitment of women, the support services and the introduction of an institutionalized complaints management system," says the jury's statement on the renewed award to the HPI.
TOTAL E-QUALITY is awarded annually to organizations from business, science and administration as well as associations that successfully implement equal opportunities in their personnel and organizational policies. The award is valid for three years and is the result of an extensive application process.
