New HPI Equality Officer elected

Ronja Pogan was elected as new HPI Equality Officer. She takes over the office from Heike Hildebrandt.

Ronja Pogan is doing her PhD in the Junior Research Group "Dynamics of viral Structures" headed by Dr. Charlotte Uetrecht. As Equality Officer, she is the contact person for all HPI employees for questions and problems in the areas of reconciliation of family and working life and trust issues such as discrimination, mobbing or sexual harassment at work.

In addition, Katharina Kemps from the Purchasing Department takes over from the Deputy Equality Officer Julia Lockhauserbäumer as parental leave representative.

The HPI would like to thank Heike Hildebrandt for her commitment as Equality Officer over the past four years and looks forward to working with the new equality team.
