CytekTM 5-Laser Aurora

The CytekTM Aurora is a spectral flow cytometer and belongs to the latest generation of devices.

The Aurora is equipped with 5 lasers and 67 parameters. By measuring the entire spectrum of a fluorophore, it can be used for a large number of experiments with different fluorochromes, which only need to differ in absorption. Experiments with over 40 parameters have already been established. In addition, this device has an array for measuring particles smaller than 100µm and an adapter for measuring up to 96-well plates.

FACS Aria-Fusion

With the FACS Aria-Fusion, fluorescence from five lasers and up to 18 parameters can be measured simultaneously. It is possible to analyze these multicolor experiments as well as to sort them fully compensated in different storage locations.

BD FACS Fusion

The Fusion is located in a level 3* safety laboratory. It is also housed in a level two safety cabinet. With four lasers and 17 parameters, it is able to analyze infectious material and sort it into different compartments.
