Scientific Computing

The Scientific Computing technology platform provides the computational infrastructure, tools, and expertise needed to support data-driven viral research. It serves as the central platform for GPU-accelerated computing (e.g. AI), high-performance computing, and scientific computing more broadly.

The platform develops and maintains reproducible workflows for the integrated analysis of multi-omics, imaging, structural, and clinical datasets.

Ongoing development of the research data management (RDM) platform and the LIV’s in-house HPC cluster aims to enhance support for large-scale data storage and analysis in line with FAIR principles (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and Reusable).
